1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

No-Logs Policy:

We do NOT collect, log, or store:

• Browsing history
• IP addresses
• DNS queries
• Connection timestamps
• Network traffic data

Minimal Data Collection:

• App performance data (crash logs)
• Anonymous analytics (non-identifiable)
• Subscription status (via Apple)

We do NOT collect personal information such as name, email, or precise location unless explicitly provided by you.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process minimal information only to:

• Maintain app functionality
• Improve performance and stability
• Provide customer support

We do NOT use your data for advertising or tracking.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Cosmos VPN offers auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

We do NOT store or access your payment details. All billing is handled securely by Apple.

4. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect our app and infrastructure.

5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our service is not intended for users under the age of 13.
