1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

No-Logs Policy:

We do NOT collect, log, or store:

• Browsing history
• IP addresses
• DNS queries
• Connection timestamps
• Network traffic data

Minimal Data Collection:

• App performance data (crash logs)
• Anonymous analytics (non-identifiable)
• Subscription status provided by Google Play on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS.

We do NOT collect personal information such as name, email, or precise location unless explicitly provided by you.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process minimal information only to:

• Maintain app functionality
• Improve performance and stability
• Provide customer support

We do not use your personal information for advertising or cross-app tracking. Any anonymous diagnostic or crash information is used solely to improve the reliability, security, and performance of the app.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Cosmos VPN offers optional auto-renewable premium subscriptions.

• Payment will be charged to your Google Play account on Android or your Apple ID account on iOS at confirmation of purchase.
• Some subscription plans may include a free trial. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Unless cancelled before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically begin and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings on Android or your Apple App Store account settings on iOS.
• Subscription prices, billing periods, and available free trial offers are displayed within the app before purchase and may vary by country or region.

We do not store or access your payment information. All subscription billing is securely processed by Google Play or Apple, depending on your device.

4. DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational security measures to protect our infrastructure and the limited information processed by the app. While no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, we continuously work to protect the information under our control.

5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our service is not intended for users under the age of 13.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
