These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Cosmos VPN ("App") provided by Nurex Inc ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Subscriptions

Cosmos VPN offers auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Subscription title: Cosmos VPN Premium
• Subscription length: Monthly / Yearly (as displayed in app)
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

We do not store or access your payment information. All payments are handled by Apple.

2. Use of Service

Cosmos VPN provides a secure and private internet connection. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.

• You must not use the VPN for illegal activities.
• You must not abuse or misuse the service.

3. Privacy

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
