Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Cosmos VPN ("App") provided by Nurex Inc ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Cosmos VPN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Subscriptions

Cosmos VPN offers optional auto-renewable premium subscriptions.

Subscription title: Cosmos VPN Premium
Available plans: Weekly and Monthly (as displayed in the app).
Free Trial: Some subscription plans may include a free trial. If offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically begin and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account on Android or your Apple ID account on iOS at confirmation of purchase.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on where the subscription was purchased.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Manage Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings on Android or your Apple App Store account settings on iOS.
Pricing: Subscription prices, billing periods, available free trials, and applicable taxes (where required) are displayed within the app before purchase and may vary by country or region.

We do not store or access your payment information. All subscription payments are securely processed by Google Play or Apple, depending on your platform.

2. Use of Service

Cosmos VPN provides a secure and private internet connection to help protect your online activity. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You must not use the VPN for illegal activities.
You must not abuse or misuse the service.

3. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy:

Subject to these Terms, Nurex Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use Cosmos VPN solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or use the app for unlawful purposes. Termination of access does not automatically cancel any subscription purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscription management and cancellation remain the responsibility of the user through the applicable app store.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide reliable VPN service, uninterrupted availability, specific speeds, or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Nurex Inc, without regard to conflict of law principles.
